오늘의 기도

나의 아버지, 내가 유혹자로부터 도피해야만 할 때마다 당신 안에서 피난처를 찾게 하소서.
유혹과의 전쟁이 있을 때마다 견뎌낼 수 있는 힘을 내게 주소서.

My Father, give that as often as I must flee from the tempter, I will find refuge in you.
Whenever it becomes a battle with temptation, grant me the power to withstand.

하늘에 계신 나의 아버지, 오늘의 모든 시간에 내가 당신과 동행하게 도와주소서.
나의 삶에 나타나는 모든 기회를 축복하소서.
가장 하찮은 것조차도 당신의 임재의 빛 안에 두게 하셔서 그 어떤 것도 어두움에 머무르지 않게 하소서.

My heavenly Father, help me that in every hour of this day I may stay connected to you.
Bless every opportunity which appears in my life.
Place also the least important in the light of your presence so that nothing will stay in the dark.

나의 아버지, 오늘 나를 도우셔서 내게 정해진 일과 처신과 일상의 사건들 가운데에서 당신의 음성을 듣게 하소서.

My Father,
help me today so that in my appointed duties, conduct, and events of daily life I may hear  your voice.

하늘의 아버지, 오늘 참된 영적인 삶에 관하여 알게 되도록 나를 도우소서.
모든 나의 허물과 무관심을 용서하여 주소서.
내게 힘과 확고함을 주셔서 내가 당신으로 인하여 강하게 되고 목표에 이르며 거룩한 삶의 절정에 오르게 하소서.

Heavenly Father, help me today to become informed about the true spiritual life.
Forgive all my mistakes and indifference.
Grant me strength and steadfastness so that I through you my be strengthened and carried and rise to the heights of a hallowed life.

자비로운 아버지, 당신의 사랑하는 아들 그리스도 안에 있는 참된 성숙의 비밀을 당신의 자녀들에게 가르쳐 주소서.
육욕과 자랑 그리고 자기 자신을 추구하는 우리를 구하소서.
우리를 평화의 자녀로 삼으소서.
우리에게 당신을 확고하게 믿는 성령의 능력을 허락하소서.

Merciful Father, teach your children the secret of true growth in Christ, your dear Son.
Spare us from seeking after the flesh, pride, and self.
Make us children of peace.
Grant us the Spiritual power of a firm believe in you.

자비로운 하나님, 내가 당신을 신실하게 찬양하며 당신은 나를 끊임없이 사랑하십니다.
나의 무관심과 냉담함을 용서하소서.
나와 맺은 당신의 언약을 회복하여 주소서.
나를 굳건히 서게 하시고 신실하게 하소서.

Merciful God, I praise you faithfully and you love me without stopping.
Forgive my indifference and lukewarmness.
Renew your covenant with me.
Make me to stand fast and be sincere.

거룩하신 아버지, 오늘 내가 당신을 위해 일하게 하소서.
나로 하여금 당신이 내가 행복할 때나 괴로울 때나, 밝을 때나 어두울 때나, 쉴 때나 일 할 때든지 내게 찾아오심을 알게 하소서.

Holy Father, let me work today for you.
Let me know that you come to me in my happiness and in my pain, in sunshine and in darkness, in rest and in work.

하늘의 아버지, 오늘의 할 일을 위해 힘을 주소서.
내가 헛된 것을 구하지 않게 하심에 감사를 드립니다.
나의 임무를 위해 능력과 은혜로 나를 준비시켜 주소서.
온 맘 다해 당신을 믿게 하소서.
거룩한 신뢰 위에 걷고 열매를 맺게 하소서.

Heavenly Father, grant me strength for the task of this day.
I thank you that I do not need to ask in vain.
Equip me for my duty with strength and grace.
Let me believe in you with all my heart.
Let me walk in holy trust and bear fruit.

거룩하신 하나님, 내게 참 행복을 알게 하소서.
내가 세상에서 자만에 빠지지 않게 하소서.
거룩을 금보다 더 가치 있게 여기도록 하소서.
영원한 것들을 받기까지 그것들을 추구하게 하소서.

Holy God, may I know the true happiness.
May I not fall to pride in this world.
Grant that I regard holiness as worth more than gold.
Grant that I may go after the eternal goods until I have received them.

사랑의 주님, 내 주위에 있는 아이들로 인해 감사드립니다.
힘겹고 어려운 인생에서 그들이 가져다주는 행복에 감사드립니다.
지치고 슬픈 마음 위에 자주 비춰지는 빛으로 인해 감사드립니다.
그들을 통해 나의 마음이 젊고 행복하게 하소서.

Loving Lord, I thank you for the children who are around me.
I thank you for the happiness they bring in this burdensome and difficult life.
I thank you for sunshine which so often falls on tired and sad hearts.
Let my heart through them remain young and happy.
